Gambling should stay a paid-for pastime, not a way to make money or escape problems. Here is how to keep control, and where to go if that gets hard.
How to set a limit
- Contact our support team by live chat or email.
- Say which deposit limit you want, and over what period.
- The team confirms it on your account, and you can ask to lower it again at any time.
How to take a break
Ask our support team to close your account for a period you choose. It stays shut until that period ends, and it can be reopened afterwards if you want.
How to self-exclude
If a break is not enough, ask support for self-exclusion. Your account is closed and cannot be reopened during the exclusion.
A note on GAMSTOP
We are not part of GAMSTOP, the UK self-exclusion scheme. A GAMSTOP registration does not block access to us, so if you have joined it, please ask our team to exclude you as well. Blocking software such as Gamban stops gambling sites on your devices, and parental filters keep them away from children.
Warning signs
Chasing losses, spending money set aside for bills, borrowing to play, or hiding your gambling from people close to you are all reasons to pause.
