What follows walks through our main rules in the order you meet them. The full terms you accept at registration, and the rules printed on each offer, always take priority over this summary.
Step 1: your account
You must be 18 or over to open an account, and each person may hold only one. The details you enter must match your identity documents. Accounts cannot be opened from the USA, Malta, Georgia, Poland, Belarus or Russia. We may close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses on them.
Step 2: bonuses
Only one bonus can be active at a time. The welcome package needs at least £20 per stage, and a stage you leave unclaimed lapses after 3 days. Bonus money carries 40x wagering on the welcome stages, or 45x on several reloads, and a 7-day window. Slots count in full, while table, poker and live games count at 5%. Jackpot slots and a list of excluded titles do not count. The stake cap while wagering is £5. Our bonuses are non-sticky, so cash is played first. Winnings drawn from a bonus are capped at 10x its amount unless an offer says otherwise.
Step 3: withdrawals
Standard limits are £3,000 a week and £15,000 a month, and they rise with lifetime deposits. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Withdrawing after staking less than 3x your last deposit may carry processing costs. Payments must come from and return to methods in your own name.
Step 4: verification
Before your first withdrawal we check your ID, proof of address and payment method, and sometimes your source of funds. Upload files under Documents in your profile, up to 2 MB each. Documents outside Latin or Cyrillic script lead to a video check.
