These are the house rules in short form, numbered in the order you are likely to need them. The general terms and bonus terms you accept at registration, and the wording printed on each offer, decide any point where this summary falls short.
1. Who can play
One account per adult aged 18 or over, opened with details that match an identity document. People living in the USA, Malta, Georgia, Poland, Belarus or Russia cannot join. Check that your registration details match your documents.
2. Codes and bonuses
A qualifying deposit is £20 or more, entered with the right code. Only one bonus may be active at once. Reload codes are accepted only after the third welcome deposit. An unclaimed welcome stage lapses after 3 days.
3. Wagering, stakes and caps
Welcome stages need 40x within 7 days. Reloads need 40x or 45x, under their own time conditions. Slots outside the excluded list count 100%; table games, poker, video poker and live games count 5%; jackpot slots do not count. While wagering, the most you may stake on one bet is £5. Bonus funds are used only after your real money, and the amount you can withdraw from a bonus is limited to ten times that bonus unless the offer names another figure.
4. Getting paid
We verify identity before the first payout. Withdrawals are limited to £3,000 weekly and £15,000 monthly at the standard level, with higher ceilings as lifetime deposits rise; progressive jackpot wins are exempt. Withdrawing after staking under 3x your last deposit can carry processing costs. Every payment must use a method in your name.
